You will gain an in-depth understanding of the federal, regional and state requirements - and incentives - with respect to greenhouse gas emissions. Many states are already regulating these emissions and EPA is adopting regulations to require reporting by a wide spectrum of industry and businesses. Understanding the existing rules is critical for analyzing the effects of pending federal legislation. The speakers will also identify some of the opportunities that have been enacted, and the new technologies and practices coming into the market.
