Q: I am interested in purchasing several training programs, but they are from different providers. Do I need to go to that provider's website to take my training or can I access my training from the LegalTrainingCenter.com website?

A: LegalTrainingCenter.com is designed to allow you to access content from multiple providers right from our website. We also provide a history, including course completions, on your "My Account" page.

Q: I want to be certain: I can take CFP, CEBS, PHR/SPHR, CE, and other "accredited" courses through LegalTrainingCenter.com, and still have those courses counts towards their respective designations?

A: Absolutely! These courses are recognized by the original provider whether they are taken through LegalTrainingCenter.com or the provider itself.

Q: Can I see which training courses I purchased and/or completed in one place if I take courses from multiple providers?

A: Yes. LegalTrainingCenter.com provides a unified view of your training history through your "My Account" page.

Q: Can my Manager see my training history?

A: Yes. LegalTrainingCenter.com provides a Management Interface that Managers can use to view employee progress (and test scores, if applicable).

Q: Must I always use the same computer to access my training?

A: No. Access to trainig provided through LegalTrainingCenter.com is password based. This means that you can access training from your home, office, laptop, or co-worker's computer.

Q: Can I purchase training with a check or must I pay online with a credit card?

A: Either payment method is acceptable. Training for one or multiple people can be purchased either online or by check. The "By Check" option also allows you to print an invoice. Feel free to call us at 770-410-9375 if you have any questions.
